Protocol based Remote Viewing is a technique that was jointly developed in the 1970\/80s in the USA by the military, intelligence services and researchers. For more than 20 years the technique was researched and tested in secret and was used for PSI espionage before it became public in 1995. Today, Remote Viewing can be learned and used as a private person.<\/p>\n

This technique differs from other extrasensory and psychic methods by its strictly technical implementation and scientifically verifiable functionality. The ability to work as a Remote Viewer with this technology is acquired through practice and experience in the method and not through a “gift” or talent as in other mediumistic approaches.<\/p>\n

Remote viewing is performed in the operational domain in the form of sessions. The use of a formalized protocol ensures that no unwanted interpretations creep in and that the data remain as clean as possible from any analytical overlay. Remote Viewing is a method of perceiving things that cannot be reached with one’s usual senses. It is a learnable technique that makes it possible to use the PSI abilities given to the human species in a scientifically evaluable way of working.<\/p>\n

The effectiveness of Remote Viewing has now been proven by countless studies and practical applications.<\/p>\n<\/div>

The method is based on two basic assumptions:<\/p>\n

In addition to his “normal” senses, every human being has the ability to receive information in other (therefore so-called extrasensory) ways. These sensory impressions are also known as “intuition” in other contexts.
\nThere is a subliminal level of information that connects everything in the universe. Whoever accesses this level of information can observe everything that is embedded in this “field”, independent of place and time.<\/p>\n<\/div>

<\/i><\/i><\/span>Who invented Remote Viewing?<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

During the Cold War, the military on both sides\u2014Russians as well as Americans\u2014also researched PSI phenomena for espionage purposes and developed corresponding methods. What is known as “Remote Viewing” is the American methodology developed in the 1970\/80s. For more than 20 years, the U.S. authorities and secret services funded this research at SRI and in a small, secret unit with more than 20 million dollars. Closely associated with the initial research are the names of Puthoff, Targ, and Swann, who began work at Stanford Research Institute (SRI) at the time and gave the method its current name. Ingo Swann had used the term “Remote Viewing” before, for the first time in December 1971, when he conducted a series of experiments with Dr. Karlis Osis and Dr. Gertrude Schmeidler at the ASPR (The American Society for Psychical Research).<\/p>\n

It was not until 1995 that information about these developments became public under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). Some former employees of the research units went into business for themselves with remote viewing companies as service providers. The method was transferred to civilian use.<\/p>\n

Since then, more than 20 years have passed and the development still does not stand still. Not only in the mother country USA, but thanks to the media network in the meantime also in several other countries one can learn the original protocol as well as modified derivatives and related methods, which trade under Remote Viewing. In Germany, too, there are currently several instructors who can train certified Remote Viewers.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

<\/i><\/i><\/span>How is Remote Viewing done?<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

Remote viewing is usually performed in the form of sessions, either by one person (solo viewer) or in a team of two (viewer\/monitor), using a formalized protocol to ensure that no unintended interpretations creep in and that the data remain as clean as possible from any analytical overlay.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

The most important rule in protocol based remote viewing projects is that the viewers used must have no idea of the content of the question until the very end. This means working “blinded”\u2014this is one of the essential basics for the creation of reliable and verifiable data without prior assumptions.<\/p>\n

Please dwell on this thought for a moment: If different recipients each receive congruent information without prior knowledge of the question\u2014can this still be coincidence?<\/p>\n

This consideration, combined with the fact that remote viewers have very often made statements and predictions in the past decades, which could later be confirmed perfectly, allows only one conclusion: A quantum information field of whatever kind really exists. And we have a tool to be able to gain information from it.<\/p>\n<\/div>

<\/i><\/i><\/span>Why is Remote Viewing not clairvoyance?<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

Clairvoyance (channeling, card reading, oracle, etc.) is practiced, according to the general view, by people with a special “gift”. These receive information and answers, which they then pass on to the questioners. The sole access to the source of information and the sovereignty of interpretation over the received information lie thereby in one and the same person. There are indisputably some among these people who provide very good and reliable information. But in general, unfortunately, there is always a danger of personal interpretation, so-called analytical overlay, of the impressions. Furthermore, these mediums usually have knowledge of the question they are answering, which also contributes to the danger of interpretative embellishment or superimposition.<\/p>\n

It is different in protocol based Remote Viewing because the complete methodology is designed from the beginning to exclude presuppositions and analytical superimpositions. The division of labor and the use of the special protocol are two steps on this path. The methodology is altogether more elaborate than the quick channeling of a medium, but in the end it is verifiable and resilient as far as the data is concerned. Any person skilled in the procedure can evaluate any session at hand, while maintaining neutrality towards the recorded information.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

<\/i><\/i><\/span>Has remote viewing always existed?<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

Extrasensory perception has always existed – in the form of seers, oracles, channeling, etc. The ancient Romans distinguished in their language between intellect and intuition, which from today’s point of view best describes the actual nature of the phenomenon. Only later word creations from the French and English language (clairvoyance = clairvoyance, mind reading etc.) gave the perception apart from the five sense organs the today’s mysterious and reality-distant sound.<\/p>\n

The early beginnings of the investigation of paranormal phenomena go back to the middle of the last century. Ren\u00e9 Warcollier already achieved amazing successes in the 1920s. However, these discoveries were forgotten again until after the 2nd World War. Only in the more recent time the scientific investigation of PSI phenomena is again in progress, at first motivated by the competition of the superpowers in the Cold War – where also Remote Viewing arose as a result of such research – but also in the form of new results of brain research and quantum physics, which just in these days again and again shows amazing new connections.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

<\/i><\/i><\/span>Can you read minds with Remote Viewing?<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

Mind reading in the form of a “live recording” or “listening in” on thoughts in another person’s head is not possible even with Remote Viewing. You can theoretically query the intentions or opinions of people with certain questions, but this also does not happen in passing, but is part of a session process. So you don’t need to be afraid that a Remote Viewer you go for a coffee with just knows what’s going on in your head.<\/p>\n

Remote Viewing is rather used for viewing places and processes. The main applications of the technique in the past were for example in the search for persons and missing persons or in scientific research.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Remote viewing has evolved since the 1980s and 1990s, from which we can still study military records. Whereas at that time there was talk of a 65% success rate for a viewer, today data security of around 70\u201380% can be assumed as probable for protocol based operational work.<\/p>\n

In principle: The more sessions one accomplishes to a topic, the more surely also the data becomes, since one can filter out very well the really reliable information by comparison of the single sessions over confirmation and exclusion. For example, if you superimpose 5 to 10 sessions of different viewers on the same target question, you can assume with a high probability that the congruent data records occurring in all sessions are to be classified as “true”.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

In official usage, it is usually only referred to as “remote viewing”, although the subset of protocol-based RV is meant.<\/p>\n

Even though “Remote Viewing” literally means “seeing at a distance”, the questions are not only limited to classically “visible” targets. Classic areas of application often also include working with different points in time at which situations or impressions are queried.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Trained remote viewers can perform amazing feats, but the work is not without effort. In order to obtain reliable statements, it is advisable to make several sessions on one question and to work out the congruencies. For the best possible results, therefore, some form of project work is always indicated.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
